Grief Support

Grief is the natural emotional response to the loss of someone or something that was important to us. It can influence every aspect of our lives, and while it is a universal experience, it is also a deeply personal one.
We offer supportive grief initiatives for the community, such as The Grief Group - a six week closed group, and Gathered in Grief - monthly open groups.
Grief belongs in the community. We do not need to hold our grief alone.
About Gathered in Grief
Gathered in Grief is a monthly group led by Nicole Kinnaird, a qualified counsellor and social worker, offering practical, evidence-based tools to support people as they navigate their own unique experience of loss.
Participants come together in a small group setting to connect, share and explore universal human themes of loss, grieving, living and loving. While each person’s experience is different, the group provides safe space for reflection, thoughtful discussion and insights on the journey of loss.
