Join the Highlands Community Hospice Service volunteers for a special community information session on Advance Care Planning and Voluntary Assisted Dying.
We are very grateful to be hearing from our two experienced presenters:
Merryl Chaffey- End of Life Clinical Nurse Educator, Hunter New England Health and Fiona Lysaught- recently retired Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about these important topics in a welcoming and informative setting (and meet some of our wonderful hospice volunteers)!
