Highlands End-of-Life Project and Sustainable Deathcare New England presents Dying to Know Day!
Dying to Know Day is a national event that aims to change the conversation around death and dying in Australia. The focus for 2024 is about personalising the journey and building community – one size doesn’t fit all! Learn more about Dying to Know Day here.
Join us for a special morning at McCrossin’s Mill in Uralla for our community Dying to Know Day event.
Speakers will cover a range of topics including local palliative care services, First Nations’ perspectives on end-of-life and sorry business, accessing grief and loss support and how to have those difficult conversations, and personal stories of death and dying.
Light refreshments will be served and there will time at the end for sharing stories over a cuppa. There will even be a party bag for everyone attending!
